Judicare Program
Provides free legal services to clients who otherwise would be unable to afford representation in contested family law matters. The case must be in Allegany Count and fall under our case priorities. You will be asked to provide proof of your income and will go through a screening process before your case is placed with an attorney. Clients will usually use the services of the Family Law Self-Help Clinic to initiate the case and then seek a placement in the Judicare Program after the opposing party has been served and responds.
